Each of the tarps we make is triple hemmed and uses individually reinforced
brass grommets and rot-resistant thread. Heat-sealed seams on all vinyl tarps
are guaranteed for the life of that tarp. We have a host of available fabrics
from which to choose, including:

- 14.90 canvas for steel and asphalt tarps

Simplified Roll Tarp
Systems
The best thing about our Simplified Roll Tarp System is the fact that these tarps
look like and fit like a conventional tarp, but work like a bolt-on tarp! They’re
easy to use and you don’t have to invest in costly bulk-heads to get them
installed. Even better yet, you don’t need to climb up on your trailer
to unbolt the tarp -- everything is done from ground level.
Simplified Roll Tarp Systems from Toledo Tarp are completely water tight. The system
includes: 18 or 22 oz vinyl roll tarp with straps, aluminum roll pipe, heavy-duty crank,
aluminum bows and pockets, ratchet tie downs are available, but not required. As
always, installation is available.
Introducing the All
New Wheel AwayTM System!
This unique roller-designed system was created especially for tandem and tri-axle dump
trucks, but will work on any size dump! It works great on roll-off boxes, too!
The Wheel Away eliminates the need for pulleys, cables and hand cranks. It’s completely
watertight and will accommodate any trailer width or height. Bows automatically
move toward the front of the trailer when the Wheel Away is pulled in that direction,
eliminating the need to remove bows before the tarp is cranked open! You simply release
the ratcheting locks in the rear, grab the pull handle and walk the system to the front of
your trailer. Quick, easy, hassle-free. That’s the Wheel Away solution!
Roll-Off Box Roll Tarp
Systems
Save time and eliminate load contamination with our Roll-Off Box Roll Tarp System. Perfect
for 20-30 yard roll-off boxes. The best news about this system is that the
tarp rolls from side to side, all from ground level. Easy handling, easy access
to loads and water resistance are keynotes of this tarping system.
Your kit includes: 22 oz vinyl tarp with 12” drops on side and front, an
18” drop in the rear; aluminum bows with pockets, short handle aluminum crank;
aluminum roll stops, ropes and rubber straps; plus 1 1/4” aluminum roll pipe.
Ratchet tie downs are an optional feature. Plus, if you need it to be, the tarp can be
bolted down. Toledo Tarp will even install the system if you need us to.
Crank-N-Go
Manufactured by Aero Industries, the Crank-N-Go offers front to back crank
operation using a cable system. Your load is covered in seconds -- with no
climbing, no cumbersome ropes to tie down, and no hassles. Plus, you don’t
have to remove the bows manually, they move automatically with the tarp. Crank-N-Go is
operated from the ground or cap for extra safety.
Toledo Tarp offers three manual models and one electric model from which to
choose. They’re available in 92”, 96” and 102” widths,
guaranteed to fit most dumps. Bows are available in flat, 6” rise or 12”
rise, whatever best fits your needs.
Spring-Loaded Systems
for Tandem Dump Trucks
Toledo Tarp’s Spring-Loaded Systems are ideal for asphalt and sand and stone
haulers! Did we mention that they’re also inexpensive and efficient?!
We’ve got three systems to choose from. The Series 100 system is our
lowest-cost solution. Series 200 uses only a front mounted cranking system, making
your job easier. And our Series 300 system that uses a spring to help retract the tarp.
None of the systems require pulleys, motors or side brackets. Each kits consists of
your choice of canvas, nylon or mesh tarp. Inexpensive, efficient, perfect for
your hauling needs!
Roll-Tite Flat Deck
Tarping Systems
Manufactured by Till-Fab Ltd., the Roll-Tite Flat Deck Tarping System is a proven solution
for an old problem -- keeping your bulky haul protected. The Roll-Tite System offers
the protection of an enclosed trailer, but adds the unique flexibility of side access!
The Roll-Tite system uses a quick release tensioning system that provides even
tautness throughout the tarpaulin. It can be installed on any width of
trailer and is custom-built to fit your unique requirements. One of the beauties of
this system is that it moves front to back, back to front or accordions to the middle.
You can save time loading and unloading your haul because you have the flexibility
to choose your entry access: from the side or from the tailgate. The Roll-Tite system
uses only the highest quality Trevira high tenacity fabrics that are available on
the market today.
